Product Delivery
Once your custom song is ready, we will deliver the song via WhatsApp or email upon request. Please note that since the song is a digital product, it is not delivered physically.

Delivery Time
For songs requiring Full Customization, we offer delivery within 1 Day, 4 Days or 7 days, depending on the chosen option. Collaboration is essential for a personalized experience.

1 Day: Delivery will be completed within 1 calendar days or 24 hours. We will make our first contact within 16 hours of receiving payment via WhatsApp, phone call, or email.
4 Days: Delivery will be completed within 4 calendar days. We will make our first contact within 36 hours of receiving payment via WhatsApp, phone call, or email.
7 Days: Delivery is aimed within 7-10 days. Initial contact will be made within 4 calendar days after payment, though delivery times are not guaranteed.

No refunds for delivery fees will be issued if we do not receive a response from you or agreement on song lyrics or details within 20 hours for 1 Day Delivery and within 3 Days for 4 Days Delivery.

Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for custom songs. However, we will work closely with you and try to make you satisfied with the final product. If we do not receive a response from you within 30 days of purchase, we reserve the right to consider the order abandoned, with no refund or obligation to fulfill the order.

Song Usage Rights
Our licensing covers Personal Use only. This includes enjoying the song with friends and family, sharing on personal social media, or using it in private events like weddings. The license does not extend to commercial use, such as uploading on platforms like Spotify or using it for business promotion.
